Julstress

Nu börjar Julen närma sig. Vi har många måsten. Julklappar skall köpas och mat skall lagas. Det är lätt att stressa upp sig. Man hinner inte ta hand om sig själv. Det är svårare att njuta av helgerna. Julen blir inte lika glädjefylld som den kan vara.




 


Om du tar hand om dig själv är det lättare att njuta och vara nöjd med det du gör. Att kolla sin ryggrad för subluxationer är väldigt viktigt. En subluxation stänger av en del av nervsystemets funktion. Detta genom att nervsystemet är sträckt och eller klämt. Se en ryggrad som är fri från subluxation och rörlig lägger grunden för ett bra julfirande som är njutbart.
